These Terms of Use govern your use of verseflip.com (the “Site”), operated by JY Concepts, based in New York, USA. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What the Site offers
VerseFlip is a free resource for reading Bible verses: random verses, a verse and psalm of the day, verses by topic and occasion, and verse images to share. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
Scripture and our writing
Scripture on the Site is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. The reflections, prayers, verse explanations and notes are written by us with the help of AI and reviewed by a person before publishing. They are for personal encouragement and study. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or mental health advice, and they are not a substitute for a pastor or counselor. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Using and sharing content
You may read, copy and share verses, verse images and short quotes from the Site for personal and non-commercial use, including on social media and in church settings. Please keep the verseflip.com mark on images you share. Republishing our reflections, prayers or explanations in bulk, or using them commercially, requires our written permission.
What you may not do
- Scrape or copy the Site in bulk, or use bots to access it, except search engines indexing it normally.
- Submit other people’s email addresses to our signup form, or try to get around our spam protection.
- Interfere with the Site, its security or its hosting.
- Use the Site for anything illegal.

If you subscribe, we will email you a verse each day. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.
Our content
Apart from the public-domain Scripture text, the Site’s design, writing, images and name are owned by JY Concepts.
Other websites and services
The Site links to and uses services from others (such as Cloudflare, Google and social networks). We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online but don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, JY Concepts is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
